You can access the dialog by click Tough URL Management under Tools Menu.

Here, you can manage all tough URLs you have added. You can add, modify, remove tough URLs here. When you choose add or modify, the Tough URL Analysis interface will be shown to you. After modification, remember to Save before Exit.
